CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

The Regal Shoes cancellation & refund policy is flexible. You can cancel your order on the same day that you placed it. If you miss this deadline, reach out to us. You’ve got 15 Days to return all – non-discounted and discounted – products shopped from our website – regalshoes.in. We want you to be fully satisfied with every item you purchase from Regal Shoes. If, for whatever reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will accept returns within 15 Day after purchase if the following conditions are met:

  • All Regal Shoes items should be returned in unmarked, unused condition with the original packaging and original sales receipt. If the product is purchased from any of our Regal Shoes Showrooms / Offline Stores – they cannot be returned via our online store.
  • Any items that have been altered or repaired by an external repair service will not be accepted for a refund or exchange.
  • Shoes should be tried on a carpeted surface and kept in dust bags until you are certain you are keeping them. Shoes that are returned without a box, in a damaged box or with marked soles will not be accepted. If by any chance the customer does not return the footwear box and other packaging materials then a sum of INR 150 per pair will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Request a return by dropping an email to orders@regalshoes.in with your order details. For seamless returns, kindly ensure the product is packed in the same way it was packed and sent to you.
  • After inspection we will confirm whether the products are in an acceptable condition. This confirmation will be sent to you within 7 working days after we receive the shipment. Upon confirmation, as per the Return Policy, we will issue a store credit or a bank refund (whichever is selected by you the customer) for that amount (excluding shipping & COD charges if applied). The mode of refund cannot be changed once you’ve submitted the request with us.
  • If you receive a wrong or damaged product, please report it to us on whatsapp at +919819939302 within 24 hours of delivery. Please include video and images. Complaints reported after 24 hours will not be accepted or compensated.

MODE OF RETURN:

By Regal Shoes: We will get the pair/s picked up – please log in to your Regal Shoes account and request a return. Or email us at orders@regalshoes.in. During the reverse pickup, kindly keep the parcel ready once the return request is created. In case the package is not ready at the time of pickup or the consignee/customer is not available at the given pickup address, we re-book the pickup only once after that. Post this, the customer has to ship the product to us for any return/exchange and no amount will be refunded for any reverese shipment charges incurred.

If you live in a region that is not serviceable for reverse pickup the customer has to ship the product to us for any return/exchange. We will reimburse the return shipping charges upto Rs 100 or 10% of the return order value upto a max of Rs 200.

CANCELLATIONS

You can cancel your order online before the product has been shipped. Your entire order amount will be refunded via the refund method selected by you. In case the item you have ordered has been shipped but has not yet been delivered to you, you may still cancel the order online. Your refund will be processed once we receive the originally ordered item back from the courier. You can sign in to your account and go to Recent Order to cancel your order.

REFUNDS

Refunds are initiated only after the returned product is received and quality checked by Regal Shoes.

Upon successful quality inspection, the refund will be processed as per the refund mode selected by the customer at the time of return request (store credit or bank refund). The refund mode cannot be changed once the request is submitted.

  • Store Credit - Store credit will be credited immediately to the customer’s Regal Shoes account once the reverse pickup has been successfully completed. Store credit cannot be converted into cash or refunded as money and can only be used for future purchases on regalshoes.in. All store credits issued will expire exactly one (1) year from the date they are added to the customer’s account. Expired store credit cannot be reinstated or extended.
  • Prepaid & Cash On Delivery (COD) Orders - For prepaid orders, refunds will be processed via Gokwik. For COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer. For bank refunds, the customer must share correct bank account details. Any loss due to incorrect bank details will not be borne by the Management. Bank refunds (both prepaid and COD) may take 16–30 days to reflect in the customer’s account after quality inspection.
